Overview: This celebrated variety of French origin, derives from a bud mutation of Pinot Noir. Preferring the fresh, windy climates found in Valdadige the ideal habitat to give their best.
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow. Delicate and persistent nose with hints of pear and exotic fruit. The palate is elegant, with a good balance of acidity; the retro-nasal correspondence of the aromas is excellent.
Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif, with appetizers, particularly suitable with fish-based dishes and white meats.
